Luke Harder, CFP®, is a dedicated financial planner who partners with clients to align their wealth with their life goals. Specializing in company equity compensation, liquidity events, and inheritance planning, Luke is passionate about helping clients simplify the complexities of their success. His mission is to provide peace of mind when it comes to financial planning, allowing clients to spend more time doing what they love with the people who matter most.

Throughout his career, Luke has found that building a financial plan around goals for retirement, education, and lifestyle ultimately guides the strategies and tactics used to achieve them. He ensures clients know where they stand, where they’re going, and how they’ll get there—because true peace of mind comes from clarity and confidence. He thrives in educating clients and addressing the psychological side of financial planning, recognizing that no two situations are ever the same.

Luke graduated from Suffolk University with a degree in Wealth Management and passed the Certified Financial Planner™ exam at 22 years old. Prior to joining Claro, he worked at Convergence Capital – Northwestern Mutual, where he helped clients navigate equity compensation planning, tax strategy, investment management, insurance planning, and estate strategy.

Luke’s philosophy on financial planning is simple: build long-term relationships by providing surplus value, doing the right thing, and being accessible.

Beyond his professional work, Luke serves as a mentor with Big Brothers Big Sisters Boston. In his free time, you can find him on the golf course or basketball court.
